Einstein Bros. Bagels in Portland, OR is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager by motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience.

You will empower the team, provide feedback and coaching, and handle opening/closing with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role offers growth potential within Bagel Brands and a balanced schedule.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
Must possess, or be able to obtain, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
Possession of a current, valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations.
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
