Einstein Bros. Bagels in Lenexa, KS is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate staff, and deliver a great guest experience. The role opens and closes the store with minimal supervision and supports a safe, clean environment while ensuring quality.

Top candidates will be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check. ServSafe certification must be obtained before leadership training, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license is preferred and may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team and set the morale and tone of the store.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
