Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Raymore, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards for food safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is 18+, can work varied hours including early mornings, and can pass a background check. ServSafe certification is required before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Ability to pass background check as applicable.
• Driver's license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Collaborate with the GM to set morale and tone for the team.
