Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Prairie Village, KS, to drive guest satisfaction and team performance. You will work closely with the General Manager to set the store’s tone, coach staff, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to adapt to early hours and varied shifts. A ServSafe certification is preferred or obtainable during training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check per local/state/federal requirements.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
