Einstein Bros. Bagels in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, maintaining safety and cleanliness while keeping quality high.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and the ability to pass a background check. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred or required at some locations.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.
