Einstein Bros. Bagels in Queen Creek, AZ is hiring a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll work with the General Manager to set morale, coach teammates, and ensure quality and a safe, clean store.

This role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, opportunities for advancement, and benefits such as paid time off after 90 days and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and set the morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow into a General Manager role as the career progresses.
