Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew and ensure a great guest experience, while maintaining a clean, safe store.

This role supports early hours, weekends, and varied shifts. We offer a flexible schedule, 90-day PTO after probation, tip eligibility, and a 401K with company match. ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
