Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team in daily operations at our Gallatin, TN location. You will model Krystal’s Core Values, lead by example on customer service, food safety and financial controls, and actively train and coach A+ talent to achieve metrics in people, customers, sales, and profit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• May travel to other locations, e.g. other stores, bank, meetings as business dictates

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet brand standards.
• Train and coach A+ talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Demonstrate Krystal Core Values while building high performing employees.
• Drive customer-focused culture and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure food safety standards and balance cash, inventory, labor and controls.
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor and food control procedures during shifts.
