Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team during a shift and ability to open/close in the absence of a manager.
• Ability to enforce recipes, weights, and speed of service.
• Strong adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow recipes and read tickets to prepare orders.
• Maintain accuracy with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Keep workstations clean at all times and uphold cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Follow cash handling procedures and security measures; hold cashiers accountable to policies.
• Address guest issues and consult with management for complex concerns.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members and communicate performance issues to management.
• Strictly adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
