Job summary

Toppers Pizza is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our leadership-driven environment. You will help assign daily duties, uphold cleanliness and quality standards, and coach team members while supporting efficient service across busy shifts.

We value reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage cash deposits and customer interactions with a positive attitude. Experience in quick-service or retail is preferred, with opportunities for growth through our Manager-in-Training pathway.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.
