Job summary

Toppers Pizza is hiring Team Members to join our leadership-driven team. You will help assign daily duties, uphold standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction, and coach Team Members to deliver great service.

You'll support delivery routes, train new hires, and handle cash with care. We offer flexible schedules, open 7 days, and opportunities for advancement in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers with routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposits.
