Job summary

Toppers Pizza in Milwaukee seeks a Team Member to join a fast-paced, guest‑focused team. You will help deliver great experiences by assisting with daily duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent service during shifts.

The role offers flexible scheduling and advancement through the Manager‑in‑Training program, plus benefits such as meal discounts and health options. You will support delivery routes and help balance cash deposits, training new staff and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes.
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.
