Toppers Pizza in Whitewater, WI is urgently hiring for closing shifts to join a lively leadership team. You will help deliver amazing experiences to customers and fellow Team Members while maintaining standards and coaching staff.

If you have quick-service supervisory experience and are eligible to work in the United States, you can grow with our flexible schedules, competitive pay up to $17/hour, and benefits including medical, 401(k), and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience.
• Food Manager Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for team members by role and shift needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold policies and procedures; provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Know delivery area maps and traffic patterns to organize routes for drivers.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Train new team members on daily tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.

• URGENTLY HIRING FOR CLOSING SHIFTS* Be a part of an amazing leadership team where your voice matters and you help us deliver AMAZING experiences to our customers and fellow Team Members. Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 5:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work for you!

  Responsibilities

  • Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
  • Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
  • Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
  • Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
  • Train new Team Members on daily tasks
  • Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
