Job summary

Cinnabon in Merrillville, IN is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team during each shift, maintain quality and safety, and ensure guests leave satisfied. You’ll coach the crew, handle guest concerns, and escalate issues when needed, while upholding cleanliness and product standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months supervisory experience, flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays), and basic POS/microsoft skills. This role offers 20–40 hours weekly with employee meals and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
