Qualifications

• Must be capable of coaching or leading teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain during training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate team members; promote efficiency during rushes.
• Support goals on food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory basics.
