Einstein Bros. Bagels in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to guide teams and maintain high guest service standards in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, coach staff, and help open/close shifts while ensuring food safety and a welcoming store atmosphere. This role offers growth opportunities and a clear path to leadership within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training where required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
• Rise within the company through demonstrated leadership and reliability.
