Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation.
• Manage cash handling procedures and complete required reports.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with product ordering and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
