Whataburger Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operations, coach team members, and keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts. Lead shift management, train and motivate crew, uphold quality, safety and sanitation, and help hit food cost, labor cost and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to meet business needs with open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service and multitasking.
• ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members—helping new hires ketchup quickly and seasoned pros turn up the heat.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running like a well‑oiled fryer.
