Competenze

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation for daily tasks and travel within local area.
Ability to operate and navigate computer systems (emails, documents).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; bending and moving as part of duties.

Mansioni

Coach team to ensure accuracy, speed, food quality and temperatures for every order.
Model compliance with Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policies.
Develop crew members to gain new skills and advance.
Lead Biscuitville initiatives in the community and create a friendly dining atmosphere.
Assist in inventory management, ordering, and cash control.
Fill in for crew positions as needed.
