Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is seeking shift leaders who are guest-obsessed and passionate about our brand. You’ll coach teams, uphold standards, and help develop crew members while supporting a culture of authenticity and teamwork.

Shifts run from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving afternoons and evenings free and enabling a balanced life after 2. You’ll join a family-like environment with opportunities for advancement and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to operate basic computer tasks and email.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed and food quality for every order.
• Lead by example by adhering to company standards and policies.
• Develop crew members to gain new knowledge and responsibilities.
• Act as a Biscuitville leader in the community and create a welcoming dining room atmosphere.
• Assist in controlling costs, inventory and cash handling.
