Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is hiring guest-focused Shift Leaders in Lancaster, SC. You will guide a team to deliver fast, accurate orders and maintain high food safety standards while exemplifying our culture of character and accountability.

We offer a schedule that can flex around family and school commitments, with operation hours from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, leaving afternoons and evenings free. Join our Biscuitville family and grow with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks and local travel.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including email, document creation, printing, and saving.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling and walking are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures for every order.
• Set an example by complying with all company standards and policies including Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policy.
• Help develop crew members to gain new knowledge and abilities for advancement.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by visiting the dining room.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc).
