Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is hiring shift leaders at our Greensboro location. We seek guest-obsessed leaders who can coach teams, uphold standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, including afternoons, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. You will lead by example, manage team performance, and help ensure high-quality food and guest satisfaction while supporting store operations and community

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed, food quality and temperatures.
• Lead by example with Code of Conduct, Attendance, Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members with new knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
• Act as Biscuitville leader in the community and store.
• Create a friendly dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Support in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• FIll in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
