Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. You will oversee full and partial shifts, open and close the store, ensure food quality, sanitation, and a welcoming environment while coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

You will monitor labor metrics, handle guest issues, maintain safety standards, and participate hands-on in all restaurant stations to support a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics and monitor sales during shifts.
• Perform opening and closing duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handle guest issues or conflicts and report to the General Manager.
