Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
- Attendance and punctuality required.
- Cash, security, inventory, and labor policy adherence.
Responsibilities
- Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and appearance.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
- Provide regular feedback to the General Manager on performance.
- Offer constructive feedback and coach Team Members.
- Assist with screen Team Member candidates and training.
- Assist GM with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
- Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
- Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
