Job summary

RaceTrac in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll coach team members, handle food service, stocking, and cash handling while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You’ll drive performance, train staff, oversee inventory and promotions, and communicate with leadership. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with a high school

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can‑do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real‑time and address guest concerns with empathy.
• Train and guide store team members to meet guest service and food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, promotions, and key store processes on designated shifts.
