Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® in Asheboro, NC is seeking a guest-oriented Shift Leader to coach the team and keep operations running smoothly. This role emphasizes schedule flexibility to support family, school, or sports commitments, with our “Life After 2” hours allowing afternoons and evenings free.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, food quality, compliance with standards, team development, and community leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Able to use email and basic computer applications.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing and walking are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures for every order and guest.
• Lead by example, ensuring compliance with all company standards and policies including Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members’ knowledge and skills for advancement.
• Serve as a Biscuitville leader in the community and create a welcoming customer atmosphere.
• Assist in managing costs, cash control, and inventory levels.
• Fill in for crew roles as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).
