Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and background check clearance.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks and local travel.
• Ability to operate computers and basic software (email, documents).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to ensure order accuracy, speed, and food quality.
• Enforce Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members and prepare them for higher responsibility.
• Lead in Biscuitville operations and community engagement.
• Create a welcoming dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in inventory management and cash control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Fill in for crew positions when needed (Makers, Cashiers, etc.).
