Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor and hold the team accountable
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Train and guide the team to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-ins, and promotional communication
• Manage write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment
• Relay important updates from leadership to shift associates
• Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback
• Support a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork
• Step in during busy times to demonstrate leadership
