Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a daily shift. You’ll set the tone, coach colleagues, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and smooth store operations.

You’ll drive performance, develop future leaders, manage inventory and cash handling, and partner with store leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences. RaceTrac offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a complete benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to coach others and provide direction.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain permits (food handlers, alcohol).

Responsibilities
