Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on a fast-paced, guest-focused shift. You’ll set a positive tone, coach team members, and ensure smooth food service, stock, and cash handling while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You’ll drive performance through real-time feedback, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and support training and development for future leaders within the RaceTrac family.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone with a can-do attitude.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time to drive performance.
• Oversee store processes including cash wrap, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold RaceTrac standards on every shift.
• Communicate updates from leadership to shift associates and manage shift change.
