Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold KFC Connect Success routines
• Oversee Team Members, ensure task completion and appearance standards
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Provide feedback to RGM on performance and training Team Members
• Assist with screening Team Members and with labor and inventory control
• Support with facility maintenance and health and safety compliance
