Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Mississippi. You will lead Team Members on assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and uphold BK standards while maintaining a positive guest experience. Under the direction of the RGM and AM, you will own shift execution and drive results through communication, attention to detail, and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and resolve problems quickly during busy shifts.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development opportunities.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and aiding where needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, assisting inventory, and receiving truck orders.
