Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor in all interactions with guests and teammates.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Train staff to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Oversee write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and keep the team aligned.
• Relay updates from leadership to shift associates clearly.
• Monitor tasks and provide immediate feedback to drive results.
• Support a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
• Step in during busy times to demonstrate leadership.
