RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on every shift. You will set the tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while supporting store operations and guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach and develop team members, ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and help drive performance with a fun, fast-paced, people-first environment. Strong communication and leadership will be key to success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and address guest concerns with empathy.
• Train and develop store team to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, write-offs, and promo communication.
