RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Fort Worth to lead a winning team on every shift, set a cheerful tone, coach staff, and support store operations. You'll handle food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while guiding teammates to meet guest-service and safety standards.

With 2–3 years in retail or food service and 1+ years in leadership, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Relate updates from leadership to shift associates and monitor task completion.
• Support a team culture rooted in accountability, respect, and teamwork.
