RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a winning team on each shift, coach staff, manage food service, stocking, cash handling, and safety standards. You will drive guest satisfaction with a cheerful, can-do attitude and guide team members in real-time to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with minimal breaks.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift-change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
