Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor and hold the team accountable.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real‑time and provide guidance on shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check‑in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Communicate updates from leadership and ensure timely feedback to staff.
