Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.

You will supervise shifts, train crew, maintain quality, and ensure profitability while upholding company standards and policies. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management experience, are 18+, capable of passing a background check, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and run shift operations.
• Ensure safety, security and sanitation policies are followed.
