Job summary

Whataburger Restaurants is looking for a shift supervisor to lead daily operations at your home restaurant, ensuring quality, service, and safety on a fast-paced line.

You will coach and develop team members, maintain attendance and performance, and support cost and sales goals while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Possess ServSafe Food Certification (or the ability to obtain during training).

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Team Members to perform at a high level.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and basic inventory processes.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
• Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
