Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, safety and security.
• Schedule, train and develop staff to support department goals.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff.
