Qualifications

• Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, plan and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure quality food production, safety and profitability.
• Direct crew and other managers, communicate across departments.
• Schedule, train, and develop team members to meet targets.
