Job summary

McDonald’s operates this restaurant as an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager you’ll lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, friendly service and high standards of quality and cleanliness for customers.

You’ll oversee team members, plan shifts, monitor performance, and help departments meet goals while upholding safety, security, and profitability. Prior leadership in food service is preferred; 18+ required; both part-time and full-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporately owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities
