Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Upholds health and safety standards and drives customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and safety standards.
