Job summary

Taco Bell in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team and uphold our high standards. You will coach Team Members, manage shifts, and partner with the GM to drive business results while ensuring guest satisfaction and safe food handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC routines and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with recruiting and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
