Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises, operating KFC and Taco Bell locations in Landrum, SC, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a crew during busy shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver great customer service.

You will supervise staff, handle guest inquiries, uphold food safety and company policies, train new team members, and help drive sales while maintaining a fun, professional restaurant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff and customer inquiries.
• Team Leadership: motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Food Safety: maintain high food safety standards in storage and handling.
• Cash Handling: manage cash registers and process payments.
• Inventory Management: track inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
• Shift Reports: prepare shift reports with sales, labor costs, and incidents.
• Training: train new team members on policies and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving: handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Cleanliness: keep the restaurant clean and presentable.
• Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting new menu items and deals to drive sales.
