Job summary

Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, optimize staffing, ensure safety, and maintain service quality. As Manager-on-Duty, you will guide teams, resolve guest and crew issues, and oversee opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership across operations, with rotation through People, Sales, and Operations areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift execution including staffing, business flow, safety and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion; ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards; promote engagement and accountability.
• Model company values and enforce policies; proactively identify safety risks and address issues.
• Rotational leadership focus areas in People, Sales, and Operations to develop well-rounded leadership.
