Qualifications

• Experience as a Shift Manager or similar role.

• High school diploma & QSR/restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support training as directed by management.
• Arrive on time and ready at the start of the shift.
• Model exceptional customer service and drive urgency to meet customer needs.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor performance to maintain quality and cleanliness.
• Complete all required training.
