Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Serv Safe Certification required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service in a clean environment.
• Follow cash control and security procedures including safe counting and cash drawer management.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory inspections and receive inventory truck orders.
• Drive operational results by implementing shift plans and maintaining brand standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to enhance team capabilities and restaurant performance.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
