Job summary

Wingstop seeks a hands-on Shift Leader in Avon, IN to drive daily operations, coach team members, and uphold Wingstop's brand standards. You will act as Manager on Duty, delivering fast, friendly service while ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will deploy staff across kitchen and front of house, monitor speed of service, manage cash handling, and respond to guest concerns. Flexible availability nights/weekends. Previous restaurant leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Restaurant shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members effectively across key positions (kitchen and front of house).
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and Speed of Service (SOS) performance.
• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
