Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. The role requires 18+ years old with reliable transportation and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Ability to manage cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and drive team to meet KFC standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Oversee task completion and maintain clean appearance.
• Monitor food safety and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to RGM on performance.
• Assist with Team Member training and candidate screening.
• Support POS operation and cash handling as needed.
• Assist with inventory, labor and P&L control.
